Taylor asked:

I can’t really afford the adobe photoshop right now. I saw the price and it’s like $600! WHEW! But the photoshop elements was only $100. Is it for starters? I would love a great picture editing program. I also want to incorporate glitter and other things in my picture and heard you can download free brushes to do this. I’m so lost because I don’t understand photoshop at all. can anyone help me? Thank you!

    Happy editing!

here is an article I found about comparing the two programs.

but it sounds like Photoshop Elements will work just fine for the kind of photo editing you want to do.

Photoshop elements is a very basic version of photoshop , but if your looking for a good image editing program there are two amazing ones for free , GIMP and paint.net hope this helps!
